Q: What shall I wear to the course?
A: You are required to dress in Corporate/Business attire as if you were attending an interview as your grooming, wardrobe coordination and presentation will be assessed. Females are advised to wear business suit, dress or coordinating skirt and shirt. Hosiery must be worn. Males are required to wear a suit or shirt, tie, trousers, business shoes and socks. Female hairstyles must be tied back.
Q: HOW DO I SECURE A PLACE IN THE ONE-DAY FLIGHT ATTENDANT CAREER AND INTERVIEW PREPARATION PROGRAMME?
A: A position is guaranteed once full payment is made no later than three (3) days prior to your course date using the online payment facilities on the “How to Order” page. You will be issued with an electronic receipt with course details, times and venue. Please bring your receipt with you on your course day.
Q: Can I cancel a course?
A:Yes. However each course cancellation will incur a handling/rebooking charge. For courses conducted in Hong Kong the fee is HK$100.00. For courses conducted in Australia, the fee is A$20.00. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the day of the course. Each cancellation will be considered individually.
Q: If I require private interview preparation coaching how do I book?

Q: What shall I bring to the Interview Preparation class?
A: Nothing extra is required. A notepad and pen will be supplied. You will also be issued with a complimentary Flight Attendant Career and Interview Preparation Manual. Tea and coffee will be provided. Lunch is at the participant's expense.
Q: Should I bring my resume (CV) and other documents?
A: No, not to the class seminar. However, you will be required to bring them if you wish to book a private coaching course where there will be time allocated to streamlining your resume and portfolio.

Q: HOW TO GET TO THE COURSE VENUE
A: There are many public transport options:- Take the MTR line to Tung Chung station, walk through the Citygate Mall to the Tung Chung bus interchange terminal and take the S1 Airport bus. Disembark at the first airport stop outside Terminal 2.
- The taxi rank is located between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, up the left hand ramp outside the Arrivals Hall. Please refer to the Taxi information at www.hongkongairport.com
- Various bus routes are available from all over Hong Kong to the airport. Please refer to the bus schedules at www.hongkongairport.com
- The Airport Express train departs from Hong Kong station every 12 minutes. This train will stop at Kowloon and Tsing Yi stations before arriving at Terminal 2 at Chep Lap Kok Airport . Please refer to the Airport Express train information at www.hongkongairport.com
- There is a choice of three car parks at Chep Lap Kok Airport . Please refer to the Car Parking Information at www.hongkongairport.com
- Airport coaches are also travel to many destinations in Mainland China.
